 Portland weather does not disappoint. It is high 90s without humidity so I think it is not too bad. I hope people find a shade and some ice cream if possible. I sketched this lady from a friend's photo decades ago and abandoned it. She sat alone lifeless and I added her background recently. It's hard to tell but she has a blueberry flavored ice cream in a cone. Happy summer~
